What does this role entail?

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be part of the sales team in Stockholm with mainly focus on our current great enterprise customers in Nordics and Baltics. In your daily work you place great focus on a close dialogue with our customers to ensure that we constantly strengthen our relationship and position – always with cross sell opportunities in your mind. You will work actively to recruit new enterprise customers to the company, both in private and public sector. Also work in close collaboration with our marketing resources to ensure that we are represented and visible in the right forums and events.

You will also be responsible for the entire sales process from start to closing business always with great support from our pre-sales team and product specialists.

  • Sell Pointsharps solution to Enterprise organizations in the Nordics using a strategic selling approach, developing strong relationships with key individuals within named and prospect accounts.
  • This is a business development role with large focus on cross-selling our great technologies, tasked with winning new customers and expanding current accounts.
  • Develop strategies and orchestrates company resources to maximize sales volume within assigned and prospect accounts.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews with your largest customers to ensure value from Pointsharp investment and ensure customer is kept up to date with all our solutions.
  • Effectively engage and build cooperative relationships with sales resources: Presales, Channel, Product specialist team etc.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure full compliance with all internal processes.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance


You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • A proven track record of success selling to enterprise accounts in Sweden and/or Nordics (preferably in Cyber Security), developing strategic customer relationships and winning new business.
  • High levels of achievement against quota and experience selling to Senior IT and C-Suite personas
  • Can demonstrate strong sales skills and high level of business acumen
  • Able to manage sales processes, selling solutions to medium and large enterprise customers


You have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Enterprise Sales role.
  • A strong new business mindset - motivated by winning new business and developing customer relationships
  • Ability to engage at the C level in a business benefits discussion.
  • Previous experience in selling IT security/ Infrastructure/ Software would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas in target market by selling and closing complex solution to end customers.
  • Dynamic, results-oriented with a passion for over-achieving sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills.
  • English language skills are a required as our business languade is English.
