Pointsharp is a Swedish IT security company in the IAM market, which was founded in 2006, with the goal that security must be easy and never stand in the way of the user. The same goal is still our guidance and today we secure data, digital identities and access for around 3,000 customers worldwide. Today we are 130 employees in our offices in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Finland, and we are still growing.


Your role

As a Channel Sales Manager for our International markets, you will be responsible for all our revenue coming from markets where we do not have a presence. Our focus is on growing our presence around Europe, but we also have customers across the world (Asia, the Middle East, Americas).

You will be responsible for creating a strategy to develop key international markets, and delivering on this strategy. In order to scale our business, we aim to grow through local partnerships, and it will be key to your success that you have experience in building partner networks.

This strategic role will be supported by many other teams, with direct assistance from the group's chief commercial officer. It is an individual contributor role that will require a lot of interactions with other teams to gain their support.



Responsibilities and duties

  • Responsible for all revenue outside of Pointsharp’s home markets
  • Build scalable and sustainable partner networks
  • Identify the markets with the highest potential and find ways of building them from the ground up
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on strategically targeted campaigns

We believe you are

An experienced sales professional (5-10 years) with cybersecurity software expertise and a drive for building new businesses. You are able to multitask and prioritize, and you are comfortable leading colleagues from other teams behind your ideas.

You are result driven and you like taking initiatives.


Important skills are

  • You enjoy building and driving partnerships but are also not shy to present and negotiate with an enterprise (B2B, cybersecurity and/or software sales)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Another European language is a strong plus.

  • Have experience developing international business
  • Are a natural leader who brings people together, with or without hierarchical relations
