With Pointsharp Identity Sync, you can establish automatic synchronization between the HR system and the organization's directory, such as Active Directory, Entra, or our own Identity Directory.
This approach enables HR to manage the employee lifecycle without introducing a new workflow.
As an example, HR creates a user in the HR system. This information is synchronized with the directory, where the user, roles, and group memberships are created.
If you have connected more systems through Pointsharp Identity Sync, it can automatically create new user accounts in, for example, the CRM system based on the employee information.
When an employee leaves the organization and is removed from the HR system, that individual is also automatically removed from the directory and all connected services in near real-time.
